Ok I finally got this together. Here is a tutorial to create these glowing orbs I've been messing around with lately. I know there are some similar tutorials out there, but not exactly like this one. So here it is. Just keep in mind that this is my very first tutorial... so if you see mistakes or something I missed please let me know. I will be more than happy to fix it.

This tutorial is for the average user. I did not explain where all of the buttons etc are. If you do my tutorial I would love some feed back on how it went & what you came up with so drop me a note!

I did do the tutorial myself after I typed it up just to make sure I didn't miss anything. But being the creator it's possible I took something for granted lol

well i don't follow directions very well! it's a great tutorial!!!!!! fabulous instructions!~ i think i am a little dyslexic so....mine doesn't really look like your but it's rendering :)

lol well I can't wait to see it! I went through the steps last night to be sure I didn't miss anything. When I got done it wasn't right either and I was going crazy trying to figure out what i missed lol Then I realized that instead of having rings2 set at -.04 I had done blur or something lol it took me a bit cuz there were a lot of calculations to enter but i finally figured it out and came up with the exact results hehe. There is a lot to enter!

I'm willing to upload the flame though if anyone would like to play with it. I think it's better to enter all the stuff yourself to learn but sometimes it's hard. I know I've done tutorials that came out nothing like it was supposed to, but when I revisited those same tutorials later I did get what I was supposed to lol. It's tricky!
